In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the rz999 platform in any capacity.

• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from rz999.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to keep this information current at all times. rz999 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

Each player is permitted to hold only one rz999 account. If rz999 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual by device, payment method, IP address, or any other indicator, the additional accounts will be closed. Bonuses obtained via duplicate accounts may be reclaimed and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your rz999 account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawal requests submitted, and any communications sent through your account. rz999 is entitled to treat all activity on your account as authorised by you.

Your account security obligations include:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier.

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Standard rz999 wagering requirements range from 20x to 45x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion. The applicable multiplier is always stated clearly on the promotion page at the time of opt-in.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rz999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation in connection with rz999 betting markets.

All content available on rz999 — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, written content, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of rz999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

rz999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any rz999 content without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on rz999 content, branding, or software.
• Frame or mirror any portion of rz999 on another website or application.
• Use rz999 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any rz999 software or game engine.

Any unauthorised use of rz999 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable civil and criminal intellectual property law. rz999 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

rz999 collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, rz999 may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Disruptions to platform access caused by your internet service provider, device malfunction, or local network conditions.
• Incomplete or delayed transactions caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information presented on the rz999 platform that is subsequently found to contain a technical error, provided rz999 acts promptly to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Losses attributable to force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or cyber-attacks beyond rz999's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, rz999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rz999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either you or rz999 may terminate your account and end the agreement formed by these Terms at any time. The circumstances and consequences of termination differ depending on which party initiates it and the reason for termination.

Termination by you: You may close your rz999 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure, after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations, will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

Termination by rz999: rz999 may suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• rz999 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory instruction, or applicable law.
• rz999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity associated with your account.
• Your account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• rz999 ceases to operate the platform in your jurisdiction.

Where rz999 terminates your account due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation does not substantiate the concern, the balance will be returned to you. Where the concern is substantiated, the balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

rz999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rz999 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the rz999 website, at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where a change is required urgently by law, regulatory instruction, or to address a security issue, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms. Your continued use of rz999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must notify rz999 customer support before the effective date and cease using the platform. You may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under rz999's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: You must first contact rz999 customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected], providing a clear description of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking. rz999 will respond within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the matter is not resolved at Step 1, you may escalate to rz999's senior compliance team by formally submitting your complaint in writing. The compliance team will review and respond within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Independent Dispute Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved after Step 2, you may refer it to the independent dispute resolution body designated under rz999's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from our support team.

Nothing in this Section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. rz999 acknowledges that players in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and other cities across Pakistan retain any rights conferred upon them by mandatory provisions of Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
